Cesa Stevedoring, S.A., is shareholder and director of the following societies:

URBASER - SERVICESA.
     Is the concessionaire of the above mentioned " Xitá " wharf. This decision was taken by public billing authority for the northern part of the port of Valencia, giving the right to handle solid bulk in the area during a period of 25 years. The characteristics of such wharf have already been described in previous pages.

TERMINAL MULTIPOURPOSE TERPORT - COMBITERMINAL - CESA STV., S.A. (T.C.V)
     This is the concessionaire of "Levante Pier" at the Port of Valencia for 20 years, obtained through a public limitation for containers and general cargo handling. - 10.000 m² of closed warehouse - 200.000 m² of open surfaces for container stacking - A Ro-Ro berth and another one being build.

UTE GRUAS PORTICO VALENCIA.
     Temporal Union between different societies. This Union (UTE) provides their shore cranes services in Valencia Port as result of obtaining by public auction the shore-cranes sold by the Port Authority of Valencia (A.P.V). Total shore cranes inventory: 8

           6 portic cranes of 12 Tons. capacity and 25mts. out reach land side.
           2 portic cranes of 16 Tons. capacity and 25mts. out reach land side.

CESA LOGISTICA, S.L.
     Cesa Logistica is a company dedicated exclusively to transport activities, 60% with its own resources and 40% external resources. As our main business is in the bulk sector, we are equipped with:

           Trucks equipped with pressurised compartments designed to protect consumable products and delicate raw materials.
           Tilt trucks of 50 m³ for: coal, clinker, cereals, fertilisers etc...
           Container platforms.
           Tauliner platforms.

    The operation area (HUB) covers all areas throughout Spain and Portugal. It has also a rapidly growing fleet of vehicles with a growth of between 10 and 15 annum.

CESA ALICANTE, S.A.
     Is a company dedicated exclusively to the handling of all kinds of cargo in the Port of Alicante. It has the relevant machinery needed to handle containers, general and bulk cargo having included recently a MHC crane of 100 Tons capacity to its inventory. In Cesa Alicante's multipurpose warehouse, situated inside the port, all types of cargo including bulk can be stowed under various bonded licences.

DOCKS COMERCIALES DE VALENCIA. BONDED WAREHOUSE.
     Situated in the Port of Valencia and in the industrial zone of Aldaia and Alacuas, Docks Comerciales duty, is to storage and distribution of any type of cargo except bulk since 1916. Actually , Docks Comerciales de Valencia has 27.000 m² of closed warehouse and 16.000 m2 of open surfaces. Docks Comerciales is licensed for customs Authorities for stow any kind of merchandise under bonded rules.
